I can work alongside you to create and build your learning & development strategy. Anything from creating a learning function, creating a learning strategy or implementing learning policies/processes from scratch to reviewing your existing approach to development to increase efficiencies.
Working with you, I can identify the skills needed to achieve success in a role or across the organisation and assess existing levels of those skills. Source or design learning experiences to increase that skillset, which are either once off or form part of an ongoing offering. Enable the transfer of learning from the classroom to the real-world. Develop personnel to be effective trainers on a full or part time basis in your organisation. Work with you to put a clear evaluation process in place, to measure the success of the learning initiatives you implement.

Mental Health & Wellness
Employee wellness is so vital for the continued well-being and motivation of individuals. I can offer modules on stress management, mindfulness and meditation to individuals, groups and communities. As a qualified yoga teacher who has studied in meditation, mindfulness and breathe work, I can incorporate these elements into behavioural training as well as run stand alone wellness initiatives to support people's mental health & wellbeing.

About Me
My name is Nicola Brunty & I am a Learning & Development professional, with over 25 years working experience in both the HR and L&D space. I am very passionate and derive energy from helping people grow their skills and potential in their professional and personal life.
I have recently stepped out of the corporate environment and I am now focused on applying my knowledge and experience on a freelance basis to all types of businesses, community groups and individuals.
As a qualified facilitator and yoga teacher, I aim to bring the perspective of individual health and wellbeing to all L&D programs or HR processes I work on.
I also aim to bring a flexible and personalised approach to all interactions, design work or facilitation work, tailoring offerings to the organisation, social group or individual.
